The huts are in a paddock surrounded by a high hedge. There is a woodchip track around the edge of the paddock leading to the huts. Once you are through the gate, please turn sharp left and follow the track to your hut. Ash Hut is the one you reach first; keep going for Oak Hut.

There is a parking space behind each shepherd’s hut, large enough for one big car, or a little closer together if there are two. When you make your way to the front of the hut, please be careful not to trip over the hitch at the front of the hut.

Check-in any time after 3:30 pm. Check-out by 10:30 am. This gives us time for a thorough clean in between guests to make it perfect for your arrival.

We operate a self-check-in procedure. Details will be sent to you via email 5 days before your arrival.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, including those with allergies, we only accept pets in The Ash Hut.

Two adults (over the age of 18 years).

At just under 5.5m long x 2.5m wide, shepherd huts are compact. Steps lead to a raised terrace and the entrance door. This opens into a kitchen with a breakfast bar. On the left, another door leads to a bathroom, while on the right is a semi-private raised bed area with storage underneath for your cases.

The village of Navenby is 2 miles away with a variety of shops, eateries, pubs, and coffee shops. You can stock up at Welbourne’s award-winning bakery, butchers, as well as a Co-op.

Unfortunately, we only accommodate up to 2 adults in each hut (over the age of 18 years).

We provide all bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. Bringing flip-flops, Crocs or slides will make it easier to use the hot-tubs.

Our shepherd huts don’t have a television, but each hut has its own separate WiFi, so bring your laptop or tablet for any streaming requirements.

Our tennis court is available for all to enjoy, and racquets and balls are provided so you don’t need to bring them.

Both huts have an indoor bathroom with shower, WC, sink, heated towel rail, and fluffy bathrobes. Outside, you also have your own wood-fired hot tub for two (bringing flip-flops, Crocs or slides will make it easier to use the hot-tubs.).

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand wash are provided.

Washing-up liquid, a dish brush, and a tea towel come with each hut.

There are tea bags, coffee, sugar, and milk so you can have a hot drink when you arrive without having to unpack.

In the kitchen, as well as a kettle and toaster, there is a 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge (with a small freezer compartment), pots, pans, cooking equipment, and utensils. There is also an outdoor fire pit and grill. BBQ utensils are provided.

We provide a starter pack of logs for your fire pit and hot tub, as well as eco-firelighters. Extra logs can be purchased at Co-op Navenby.

Each shepherd hut has an air-conditioning and heating unit, and with a heated towel rail in the bathroom, you’re sure to stay the perfect temperature.

Both huts have the same facilities and layout, and they are the same size. The only difference is the colour schemes. Ash Hut is available for those guests who want to bring a pet.

Oak Hut faces to the south. Ash Hut faces to the east.

Our huts are accessed via stairs, therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
